By Booking With FunShots Booth, You Agree To These Terms:
- If the event is cancelled by the client, a 40% booking fee will be charged and will be deducted from the total amount paid. No refunds will be given if event is cancelled within 3 days of the event.
- FunShots Booth has a variety of standard props but if specific props are desired, these will need to be provided by the client at their expense.
- Parking at the event location must be provided at the client's expense (if applicable).
- Events sometimes go over the allocated time which we understand but if the photo booth is being used for 15 minutes or longer past when it was supposed to end then you will be required to pay for an additional 30 minutes ($150 plus tax). If time continues past 30 minutes then an additional hour must be paid for ($300 plus tax). This protects us from running the photo booth much longer than the time it was booked for without being compensated.
- Wi-Fi is required for our sharing station to work. We have our own hotspot but there are times when service is spotty. You agree that we will not be held responsible if connection at the location is slow or unavailable.
- By booking with us, you are giving permission to FunShots Booth to use photos from your event for promotional purposes (Facebook, website, etc.). This helps us grow our business by showing potential clients our work and what they can expect.
